Located at the foot of Inwangsan Mountain, Cheongdong House is a structure that has achieved the "nature-human harmony" pursued by nature and the environment. As the morning arrives, the sunlight that permeates all over the house creates an opening like atrium, and the exposed concrete provides a modern sense, while the classic taste of high-wallstones and curved arches is like a mature wine. In addition, asymmetry in the exterior of the building combines with the ridges of Inwangsan Mountain, rather than with artificial feelings, to provide visual comfort as a single building with nature.
In addition to this aesthetic sense, it was built in an environmentally friendly manner, taking into account the insulation as a building and energy efficiency.
In recognition of its efforts, Cheongdong House has been introduced in prestigious architectural magazines such as 'space' and 'Arch Daily.'

The restoration and maintenance of a stream means that the natural ecosystem should also be considered in ecological area, not just aesthetic and functional areas. Nature & Environment Inc. is aiming to secure diverse ecological spaces with a Hwangto biodegradable block which can be effective in slope protection and biodegradable matt which can naturally decompose after a certain period of time.
Unlike traditional non-permeabile packaging materials, the packaging itself has a drainage function, reduces the hot load, and allows the surface to recover the water storage function. In addition, it is an eco-friendly block where people and environment can be harmonized by using special surface treatment method.
To prevent water shortages or flooding, rainwater is collected in the event of precipitation and rainwater to be used in various ways such as domestic water, cleaning water, fire water, landscape water, and emergency water for drought.
